DMCA Notice
{site_name} acknowledges the intellectual property rights of authors, publishers, and rights holders, and takes those rights seriously even when the material we index or discuss originates in spaces that are difficult to police. If you believe content appearing on this site infringes your copyright, we are prepared to review and act on a properly formed notice submitted under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
Notice Contents We Require
To be actionable, a takedown request must be complete. Incomplete submissions will be returned with an explanation rather than processed. Please supply all six elements below:
- A description of the copyrighted work you say is being infringed — if multiple works are covered, list or represent them together in a single schedule.
- Specific identification of the material you want removed, including the exact URL or location on {site_name} where it can be found, in sufficient detail that we can locate it without searching on your behalf.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and an email address where we can reach you.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, made under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights holder or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Filing a Counter-Notice
If your material was removed and you believe the removal was mistaken or the material was lawfully posted, you may submit a counter-notice. It should identify the material removed and its prior location, state under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the removal resulted from error or misidentification, include your name, address, phone number, consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or any judicial district where {site_name} may be found if your address is outside the United States), and agree to accept service of process from the original complainant. Sign it physically or electronically. We will forward a valid counter-notice to the original complainant and may restore the material unless they notify us of a filed court action.

How to Reach Our Designated Agent
Direct all copyright correspondence to the agent designated to receive it:
- Service: {site_name}
- Email: {contact_email}
Send notices in plain text or as a PDF attachment. Correspondence unrelated to copyright — including requests to remove material for other reasons — should be directed elsewhere and may not receive a response through this channel.
Expected Response Window
We aim to acknowledge receipt promptly and to complete review of a well-formed notice within five to ten business days. Notices that raise jurisdictional, verification, or completeness questions may take longer; where that happens we will tell you what is outstanding. Nothing on this page creates an obligation to remove material before a valid notice has been assessed.
